2025: A year that strengthened our foundation

06 Jan, 2026

The year 2025 was a period of accelerated momentum for Honour. We executed key decisions – from significant facility investments to reinforcing our leadership team – all to provide robust, reliable, and high-quality solutions to our global pharmaceutical partners.

Here’s a look at the milestones that have solidified our position as a future-ready CDMO partner:

Launch of Honour Synthesis in Hyderabad

This year saw the launch of Honour Synthesis, our state-of-the-art facility based in Hyderabad catering to our global customer-base. It spans a total area of approx. 40,234.55 m2, and an additional land parcel of 60,702 m2 acquired for future expansions. The various departments at this facility include Warehousing, Production, Engineering, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Human Resources, Environment Health and Safety (EHS) and Information Technology (IT). Our customers can now step up the development of new drugs from discovery to commercialization.

Unveiling our new website

Keeping in line with our refreshed brand identity, and forward-looking mindset, we redesigned and launched our new website. The cleaner look, improved navigation design, and informative content guides visitors through our capabilities, offerings and strengths.

Strengthening our leadership team

We reinforced our leadership with key appointments of industry experts in the CDMO and pharmaceutical space.

Srinivasa Reddy Emani, who took over as the President – Head CDMO this year, will be driving the next phase of our CDMO growth journey and strengthening our position as a trusted global partner.
Narender Pottabathini, PhD, was appointed our new Sr. VP – CDMO & Head of Technical Operations. With his track record of driving innovation, he is strengthening Honour’s technical and operational capabilities.
Michael Eastep joined as our new VP – Head Strategic Alliances & Project Management. Leveraging his background, we will gain a unique edge in driving customer-focused execution.

Expanding global outreach

To mark our presence as a CDMO partner to the wider network of the scientific community, we expanded our participation at international conferences and events for pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. They were a few key highlights:

  • We attended CPHI Japan, making critical connections with some of the most advanced pharma ecosystems in Asia.
  • Chemspec Europe 2025 was focussed on our CDMO services for innovative APIs, Intermediates & Specialty Chemicals.
  • At ChemOutsourcing 2025, in addition to forging partnerships, Michael Eastep participated in a high-impact panel discussion on: “India’s CDMO Surge: Reshaping the Global Pharma Supply Chain.”
  • Our team attended the 8th edition of Industrial Green Chemistry World (IGCW) 2025, Asia’s largest convention on Green and Sustainable Chemistry. We collaborated in discussions on shaping a more sustainable and science-driven future.
  • CPHI Frankfurt saw three days filled with meaningful discussions on topics ranging from small molecule development to advanced manufacturing solutions and strategic CDMO partnerships.

  • Our team met with leaders and innovators of pharmaceutical outsourcing at the American Pharma Manufacturing and Outsourcing Summit 2025 in Boston, MA.

Awards and recognition

Our effort to emerge as a leading CDMO player, attracting the best talent and providing a safe work environment, was rewarded by two prestigious awards.

We were conferred the prestigious Telangana Best Employer Brand Award by the Asian Confederation of Businesses. This recognition underscores our unwavering commitment to sustainability, ESG excellence, social accountability, environmental stewardship, and responsible manufacturing.

At the Global Safety Summit, ESG Safety Awards Conference 2025, we were the proud recipients of the International Safety Award (2025). This event was held in October 2025, at The House of Lords, UK Parliament.

We were also awarded a “Merit Winner” Certificate from the National Safety Council, Telangana Chapter, at the International Safety Awards 2025, presented by the British Safety Council, Telangana Chapter.
